Recipe Breadcumb PotatoesIngredients:1 kg of potatoes, 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons of crumbled stale bread, black pepper, salt, 2 cloves of garlic, ectravergine olive oil, 2 sprigs of rosemary Doses for: 4 persone realization time: 25 minutesRecipe: Let's start by placing a pot full of water on the fire. Then wash and peel the potatoes. It is advisable to place them in a container filled with water so as not to oxidize them. Cut the potatoes into cubes of about 1.5 cm and then boil them for about 5 minutes in boiling water. Meanwhile, chop the rosemary and slice the garlic. When the potatoes are cooked, drain them and let them cook in a pan where we first browned the garlic in a little oil. Adjust them with salt and pepper, sauté them and let them brown, stirring occasionally. Once golden, remove the garlic. Then add the crumbled stale bread and the breadcrumbs. Mix well and flavor with rosemary. We skip them the last time and decorate with a sprig of rosemary without serving. Enjoy your meal!
