Ingredients:

4 large potatoes, salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil, 500 grams of frozen peas, onion, spices

This side dish is really super quick to prepare! We start peeling the potatoes, wash them, cut them and put them in salted water for at least 10 minutes. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
