Recipe Shrimp And Squid Fry

Ingredients:

4 medium squid, 30 pink prawns, remilled durum wheat flour, salt, frying oil.

Doses for: 4 persone realization time: 15 minutes

Recipe:

Let's start by putting 2 pans both filled with oil on the stove. Then take the squid already cleaned and remove the fins that come away quietly pulling them with your hands. Then cut it into rounds and put them in a frost bag. With a spoon we take the flour and put it in the bag. We close in a fist and shake so as to sprinkle the flour on all the squid. Let's keep them aside and do the same procedure with the prawns. Once this is done, let's check if the oil has reached temperature. Then take a sieve and put the squid inside first and then the prawns in order to remove the excess flour. So let's squeeze them both into their respective pans and let them fry for a few minutes. As soon as we see that the squid will be golden, they will be ready to come out. Let's put them in a tray with absorbent paper so that all the excess oil drips and then serve, add 2 slices of lemon to sprinkle on and enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
