Recipe Red Rice And Cereals With Buffalo And Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
Ingredients:
500 grams of cluster tomatoes, 50 grams of shelled walnuts, 200 grams of buffalo + 50 grams of government liquid, fresh oregano, pepper, 30 grams of extra virgin olive oil, salt, dried oregano, 400 gr of cereal mix with red rice .

Recipe:
We start by arranging the tomatoes directly with the whole bunch, on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and let's pass on some turns of oil and a bit of dried oregano, salt and pepper. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes in a fan oven even if the time may vary depending on how ripe the tomatoes are. In the meantime we put the rice and cereal mix in the water that we put to boil previously and, once cooked, we can drain them and dress them with extra virgin olive oil. Once the grains and the tomatoes are ready, we move on to the buffalo cream. Then take the buffalo and cut it into small pieces, put it in the blender and in the meantime heat the liquid. Once it is hot, operate the mixer and add the liquid in 2 times and when the mixture is homogeneous, add the oil. We turn off and keep aside. Take the fresh oregano and shelled walnuts and chop the whole thing keeping aside some oregano leaves to decorate. We can then assemble all the ingredients by putting the cereals first, a bunch of cherry tomatoes, the buffalo cream, the mince and to complete, a little of the sauce given by the tomatoes and the oregano leaves we had kept to decorate.
