Recipe Clouds Of Pastry Mounted

Ingredients:


Makes about 200 cookies:
(100 clouds)
500 gr. made with flour
250 gr. butter, softened to room temperature
250 gr. of sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
A packet of baking powder 1/2 kg dose.
Liquor or milk to knead.

Recipe:

For the topping: Jam (or chocolate, but makes them harder).
