Ingredients:

120 grams of rice, 4 eggs, 1/2 onion, salt, mackerel in oil

Recipe:

Put the water in the pot, add it to the boil and bring it to the boil. We toss the rice and let it cook. In a pan, in the meantime, fry the chopped onion. Drain the rice and put it in a large bowl. Let us break 4 eggs inside and mix so that they are well incorporated. We transfer everything to the non-stick pan and always mix for a few minutes. Once the rice has slightly dried and consequently the eggs will be cooked, let's pass it on the plate where we will eat it. Add some slices of mackerel in oil and enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
