Recipe Orange Jelly
Ingredients:
8 grams of gelatin in sheets, 250 milliliters of orange juice, 100 grams of sugar, 150 milliliters of water, orange peel as needed
Doses for: 4 persone

Recipe:
In a saucepan, soak the gelatine in sheets with cold water. Meanwhile, peel an orange by removing only the outer bark and reduce it to zest. Squeeze the oranges and strain the juice. Add the icing sugar and mix well. Add the orange zest. Meanwhile, heat the water in a small pan. When it is about to boil, turn off the heat and dissolve the gelatine inside. When it is completely melted, add it to the mixture of orange juice and icing sugar. Transfer the mixture into a mold, put it in the fridge and let it solidify overnight. The next day, turn the mold upside down and serve.
