Recipe Spaghetti Alla Carrettiera

Ingredients:

400 grams of spaghetti, 2 tablespoons of grated bread, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 bunch of parsley, 1 onion, 1/2 glass of extra virgin olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper.

Doses for: 4 persone realization time: 20 minutes

Recipe:

Slice the onion, chop the parsley and peel the garlic. Put the oil in a pan and sauté the onion. Then we put the garlic and parsley. Add the white wine and let it fry. In the meantime we add the water that we put to boil before and throw the spaghetti over. While they are cooking, we pepper and put the oregano in the sautéed meat while we put some oil in another pan and toast the grated bread. Once cooked the spaghetti, put a ladle of water in the sauce and add them to it, being careful to eliminate the garlic cloves first. If we like it, add another pepper, then sauté everything and serve sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Enjoy your meal!
