Recipe Tubetti Suet And Basil

Ingredients:

400 g of spaghetti, 120 g of lard, 1 spring onion, 1 sprig of basil, grated parmesan, coarse salt, fine salt, black pepper.

Doses for: 4 persone realization time: 20 minutes

Recipe:

We start by putting the lard in a pan with a flame at the minimum, after which we chop the onion and add it. In the meantime we add the water we have boiled and lower the tubes. Once the onion has stewed well, add the chopped basil, season with salt and pepper and then transfer the pasta to finish cooking with a few ladles of cooking water. When most of the water is absorbed, add the grated Parmesan and stir well. After a maximum of 1-2 minutes, turn off the heat, add a sprinkling of chopped fresh basil and serve. Enjoy your meal!
