For the pastry:
0.3 kg flour, 5 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 cup water, 30 gr. salt
For the filling:
0.2 kg up super rice, spinach 0.4 kg, 0.4 kg cottage cheese, ½ dl of extra virgin olive oil, 3 eggs, 0.1 kg grain, 50 g onion, milk, salt and marjoram
Recipe:
procedure: Set the flour with oil, water and salt until mixture is smooth and elastic. Leave to rest covering the dough with a damp cloth for 30 '. Cook the rice in the milk, allow to cool then stir in the eggs, grated cheese, ricotta and chard blanched and sauteed with chopped onions and chopped marjoram. Divide the dough into two parts and with a rolling pin derive two thin layers. Line a baking sheet with waxed before, put the filling and cover with the second.
