Recipe Cat's Tongues
Ingredients:
100 grams of butter, 100 grams of icing sugar, 100 grams of flour, 100 grams of egg white, a pinch of vanilla

Recipe:
We start working with a whisk in a bowl the previously softened butter, add the icing sugar and work again until it becomes frothy. Then we combine the vanillin and the lightly beaten egg whites and continue with the whisk. Once all is well mixed, we can add the sifted flour a little at a time, always continuing to work the dough. We realize that it is ready when the mixture is smooth. So let's take a pastry bag and fill it. Put on a baking sheet of parchment paper and with the bag we are going to form sticks of about 6-7 cm and as thick as a little finger. We can actually create the shapes we prefer. Then bake at 200 degrees for 7/8 minutes. Once finished cooking, we pull out and let them cool. It is good to keep them in an airtight container for the next few days.
