Recipe Apple Pie

Ingredients:

3 eggs, 150 grams of sugar, 50 milliliters of milk, 60 grams of butter, 300 grams of flour, 1 sachet (16 grams) of baking powder, 2 large apples

Doses for: 4 persone realization time: 55 minutes

Recipe:

Apple pie is a simple dessert to prepare; first we break the eggs in a bowl and start mixing with the help of electric whips. Then add, still stirring, the sugar, milk and melted butter. Pour the flour a little at a time to avoid lumps, the baking powder and mix until you have a smooth dough. Take the two large apples, peel half an apple, cut it into small pieces with a knife and mix it with a wooden spoon. (We will use the rest of the apples for decoration). Prepare a 24 cm diameter baking pan, well greased and floured and pour the mixture. Peel and cut the rest of the apples into thin slices and decorate the cake, placing the wedges on the entire surface of the cake. Finally, sprinkle the surface of the apple pie with a little sugar. Cook in a preheated static oven at 180 ° for about 45 minutes or in a ventilated oven at 170 ° for about 45 minutes. Once cooked the cake let it cool, then extract it from the mold and serve it!
