Recipe Pan Cake Stars

Ingredients:

450 grams of star-shaped biscuits, 600 grams of liquid cream, 100 grams of melted chocolate, 80 grams of icing sugar, 70 grams of whole milk. To soak: Whole milk. To garnish: powdered sugar, powdered cocoa powder

Doses for: 6 persone realization time: 3 hours and 0 minutes

Recipe:

Crumble the biscuits coarsely in a bowl and add the milk to soften. We mix and set aside. We put our ring or hinged mold on a tray that we have lined with parchment paper and pour the biscuit mixture into it, leveling it. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, whip the cream with the icing sugar. Let's pour a lot of it on our base that will be ready in the meantime and soak the whole biscuits in the milk. Let's place them on the cream that we spread on the biscuit base and cover the spaces between one cookie and another, with some chocolate chips. Add the remaining cream to complete the cake and let it rest 2 hours in the freezer. After the rest time, we take out and garnish with bitter cocoa. To remember the biscuit stars, we can use a star-shaped stencil, place it gently on the cake and pass it over the icing sugar. Our tasty cake is ready!
