Recipe Mushroom And Chestnut Soup
Ingredients:
400 grams of mixed mushrooms, 100 grams of chestnuts, 1 spring onion, 1 carrot, 1/2 rib of celery, 1 red pepper (optional), vegetable broth
Doses for: 4 persone

Recipe:
Chop carrots, celery and spring onion and brown them in a pan with a little oil. Meanwhile we clean the mixed mushrooms and cut them coarsely. If we like it we can add some chili to our sauté. We then combine the mushrooms and mix to flavor everything. Then add the vegetable broth and give another mixture. Cook for about 25 minutes over medium-low heat and covered. We take the chestnuts that we previously peeled and boiled for 40 minutes and frulliamone a good half which we will then put in the mushroom soup which in the meantime will be ready. We also add the remaining half making it into small pieces and then let it boil again for 2-3 minutes. Our soup is ready to be served! Enjoy your meal!
