Recipe Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:

240 grams of white bread in a box (8 slices), 160 grams of white-paste Cheddar, butter at room temperature enough

Doses for: 2 persone realization time: 15 minutes

Recipe:

To prepare the grilled cheese sandwich, first of all take care to cut the bread into slices, you will have to make 8 thick slices about 1.5 cm. Then butter all 8 of them on one side only. Grate the cheddar with a grater with large holes and spread a generous dose on 4 slices, sprinkling on the non-buttered side. Close with the other slice of bread, with the buttered side facing outwards: in this way all 4 sandwiches will have the cheese inside and the buttered part outside. Let a non-stick pan heat up over moderate heat and place your sandwich on it. Cover with a lid and wait a couple of minutes. Turn the sandwich over, crush it slightly to help the cheese melt; cover again and cook for another 1 minute. When the cheese is completely melted your grilled cheese sandwich will be ready. Transfer it to a cutting board and divide it in half, so as to obtain 2 triangles. All you have to do is enjoy the warm and stringy grilled cheese sandwich!
