Recipe Couscous Vegetables And Chicken - One Dish
Ingredients:
300 gr chicken breast, 1 tablespoon curry, salt, oil, 1/2 onion, 1 courgette, 2 peppers, 1 eggplant, 150 grams of couscous
Doses for: 2 persone

Recipe:
We start this recipe by putting 3 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan together with the chopped chicken, salt and 1 tablespoon of curry. Let it cook and in the meantime we go to wash and cut all the vegetables into small pieces. Then chop half an onion and brown it in the remaining cooking fry of the chicken, where we will also add the vegetables and another bit of oil. While the vegetables are cooking, prepare the couscous by putting it in a saucepan with a little oil and salt and cover it with 150 ml of water. We cover and leave 5 minutes to rest. We salt the vegetables and we go to add the chicken, we mix, we shell the couscous that in the meantime will be ready and we combine it all in a bowl. A drizzle of oil and a few leaves of basil and our single dish is ready to taste! Enjoy your meal!
