Recipe Pasta, Beans, Tuna And Spring Onions

Ingredients:

400 grams of half penne, 1 box of 400 grams of beans (drained 250 grams), 160 grams of tuna in oil, 2 fresh onions, 1 clove of garlic, 2-3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 1 hot pepper, pepper and salt to taste, lime peel (optional).

Doses for: 4 persone realization time: 20 minutes

Recipe:

Add salt to the boiling water and add the pasta. In a pan pour the oil, add a whole clove of garlic and light the fire. Chop some fresh onion. Remove the garlic clove and add the well-drained beans. Add the drained tuna. The sauce does not need to be cooked, therefore it is sufficient to keep the flame at a minimum so that it remains warm while waiting for the pasta to be ready. Add chopped chilli based on your taste. Drain the pasta before the expected cooking time, so that it can finish cooking and season with the sauce previously prepared. Keep the cooking water. Add a nice ladle to the pasta with the sauce and stir well. Add the previously chopped onion. Serve and serve with a little oil and pepper to taste. If you want, you can add lime zest for decoration.
