Recipe Spaghetti Alla Caprese

Ingredients:

400 grams of spaghetti, 300 grams of tomatoes, 200 grams of mozzarella, 1 sprig of basil, 1 pinch of dried oregano, oil, salt, black pepper

Doses for: 4 persone realization time: 20 minutes

Recipe:

We start by cooking the spaghetti in boiling salted water. Then cut the mozzarella into cubes and put it in a bowl. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the mozzarella. Let's take the basil, cut the larger leaves and keep the small ones intact, then add them to the tomatoes and the mozzarella. We adjust everything with a couple of turns of olive oil, salt, oregano and mix. Then let's drain the pasta, which in the meantime will be ready and still hot, let's pass it in the bowl where all the other ingredients are. Mix well and add black pepper if you taste it. We serve and enjoy!
