Recipe Spinach, Chicken And Potatoes

Ingredients:

Chicken breast, spinach, 3 boiled potatoes, 1/2 leek or onion, 2 cloves of garlic, salt.

Doses for: 2 persone realization time: 25 minutes

Recipe:

Let's start by cutting the leek or onion into small pieces and set aside. Chop the garlic and add it to the leek / onion. Then peel and coarsely chop the potatoes we have previously boiled, the spinach and the chicken breast. Put a little oil in the pan and pour the garlic and the leek / onion. Let it fry and then add the chicken breast and let it cook for 5 minutes. Then add the potatoes, mix, add a little water and add salt. Finally, add the spinach and cook for a few minutes. Once the cooking time is over, our single dish is ready to taste! Enjoy your meal!
