Recipe Baked Breaded Slices With Mozzarella And Tomato

Ingredients:

600 gr of veal slices, 2 eggs, breadcrumbs, 200 grams of tomato sauce, 1 mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil, basil, dried oregano, salt

Doses for: 4 persone realization time: 30 minutes

Recipe:

Let's start with the breading: let's break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and beat. Let's put the breadcrumbs in another bowl. Then take the slices of meat and pass them first in the egg and immediately after in the breadcrumbs. Once breaded, put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper where we put a little oil. Put a pinch of salt and a drizzle of oil on each slice and bake at 180/190 degrees for 7-8 minutes. We pull out and turn them upside down. Let them go in the oven for another 4 minutes and in the meantime take care of the seasoning. Let's put some basil leaves in the tomato and whisk everything. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and set aside. When the meat is ready, take it out of the oven and season with the tomato, a pinch of salt, oregano and mozzarella. Last strand of oil and bring back into the oven just 3 minutes, the time to melt the mozzarella. Our delicious second is ready! Enjoy your meal!
