Recipe Veal Strips With Rocket And Cherry Tomatoes
Ingredients:
140 g of veal slices (rump or walnut or topside), 1 bunch of rocket, 5-6 ripe tomatoes, 1 clove of garlic, 1/2 tablespoon of flour, salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil, 3-4 tablespoons of white wine

Recipe:
We start by removing any nerves or fat from the meat and cut it into strips of about 3 mm. Cut the tomatoes into 2 or 4 and put the garlic to brown in a pan with a drizzle of oil. Salt and pepper the meat and sprinkle it with the flour, mix it and put it in the pan where we will remove the garlic that will have already flavored the oil. Let it brown slightly and add white wine. Once the alcohol has evaporated, add the tomatoes and cook for 1-2 minutes. Then add a little hot water or, if we have it, some broth and let the cooking juices dry. We turn off the stove and decide whether to add the rocket in a pan and stir quickly or put it directly on the plate where we will serve and pour the meat with the tomatoes on top. Enjoy your meal!
