Recipe Grandma's Donut In The Cafe

Ingredients:

4 eggs, 250 grams of sugar, 80 ml of seed oil, 150 ml of coffee, 370 grams of flour, 1 sachet of vanillin, 1 packet of baking powder, icing sugar, coffee beans.

Recipe:

Let's start by placing the eggs and the sugar in a large bowl. We operate the electric mixer and let it go for a few minutes. Then slowly add both the seed oil and the unsweetened coffee and beat for a few more minutes. Then we take the vanillin and the yeast and add them to the flour, mix and start adding the powders little by little to the mixture. Whisk until all the ingredients are well incorporated and then pass our dough into a donut mold. Bake in a static oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes, then pull out, let it cool well and remove from the mold. Dust our donut with icing sugar, decorate with coffee beans and enjoy!
