Ingredients:

600 gr of potatoes, 600 gr of carrots, extra virgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 cloves of garlic, ground black pepper, natural water

Recipe:

Let's start by frying the chopped garlic in a saucepan with a couple of tablespoons of oil. Meanwhile, wash the potatoes and carrots well and then peel them and chop them roughly. Add them to the sauce and add the salt and pepper, the water until they are completely covered and let it cook for 40-45 minutes, then with an immersion blender, we reduce everything in cream. Once finished, we put a nice turn of oil, another bit of salt, some pepper and mix well before serving. We can decorate with basil before enjoying or leaving it as is. Enjoy your meal.
