Recipe Penne With Fresh Salmon

Ingredients:

400 grams of penne, 400 grams of fresh salmon, 1/2 onion, 200 grams of cooking cream, 1 knob of butter, 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 1 sprig of parsley, salt as needed, white pepper how much that's enough

Doses for: 4 persone realization time: 20 minutes

Recipe:

Finely slice half an onion and chop it. Put the butter and the oil in a pan and add the onion without waiting for the oil to be warm. Meanwhile prepare the salmon by removing the skin. Cut it into small pieces. When the onion is well browned, add the salmon and cook it for 2 minutes. Salt the water for the pasta and add the pasta. Remove the salmon from the pan. Blend the cooking mixture with the cream, salt and white pepper. Put the cream back into the pan over low heat and add a ladle of cooking water. Drain the pasta al dente directly in the pan and stir. Add the salmon set aside and add finely chopped parsley. Serve by decorating with another sprinkling of parsley.
