Recipe Rabbit In Rose
Ingredients:
1 rabbit, 1 glass of rose wine, pink pepper, myrtle twigs, 2 garlic cloves, salt, extra virgin olive oil.
Recipe:
To be able to perform this recipe, we have to cut the rabbit into pieces. Then pour the oil in a saucepan, add the rabbit and garlic. Let the meat brown on one side and then on the other side. When the rabbit is colored on the surface, add the glass of rosé wine, then the pink pepper and finally the myrtle twigs. Let it cook for about 5 minutes with a covered pan and lower the heat. Then we turn the pieces of rabbit and put the lid back on to continue cooking. Clearly we will turn the meat as needed, so that the cooking is homogeneous and if the sauce is too small we will add a couple of tablespoons of warm water. Let it cook for about half an hour over a low heat, then turn the meat over and cook for another 15 minutes, another 5 minutes after turning again until the rabbit is well browned.
