Recipe Chocolate Salami

Ingredients:

150 g of dry biscuits, 50 g sugar, 70 g of butter, one egg, 100 g of chocolate

Recipe:

To begin with we put the chocolate in a saucepan over a double boiler, melt making and turning it carefully, meanwhile knead the butter and sugar using a ladle. We are now the cookies into the mixer and tritiamoli, pour the egg in ciotolino with butter and sugar, mix and once mixed pour it into the saucepan along with the now melted chocolate. Once mixed it all add the crushed cookies, until we reach a uniform compound we're going to pour into the parchment paper, rolled up the whole thing, we close the extremes as a kind of candy and put it in the fridge for 2 hours. At this point we are ready to serve our sweet and savor this delicacy!
