Recipe Wafer
Ingredients:
-flour white 00 gr. 300
-3 Eggs olive oil
- Anisette
- A waffle iron
-cotenna pork
Recipe:
Pass the flour through a sieve of silk, then the fountain in the center and break eggs: mix with three tablespoons of olive oil and very little anise liqueur. Working long pasta and from it derive the rolls as thick as a finger. Prepare a wood fire in the fireplace to warm and dry well the waffle iron; then grease it slightly inside the rind. Place a piece of dough on one of the strips of iron, crush the dough with the second strip and put it on the fire, and cook the Ferratella long enough. Turn the iron and cook the other side Ferratella then open it and, if the wafer is amber, remove and cuocerne another, thus continuing, basting occasionally with the strap pork rind, until you have exhausted all Pasta.
