Recipe Cookies In Two Colors

Ingredients:

320 gr. made with flour
200 gr. of sugar
200 gr. of butter
30 gr. unsweetened cocoa
The grated rind of an orange
1 packet of baking powder
Salt.

Recipe:

In a saucepan put the butter and sugar. Work with a wooden spoon until you get a soft cream. Add the flour, baking powder, orange zest grated. Then divide the dough into two equal parts. A part of the left white and the other incorporated cocoa working it well to get a uniform color. Pull the two types of dough with a rolling pin, put the two sheets on top of each other and rolled. Let stand in refrigerator 20 minutes. Then cut the roll into slices about a centimeter and bake the cookies on a baking tray for about 10 minutes.
