Recipe Panna CottaIngredients:INGREDIENTS FOR 4 STAMPINI FROM 150 ML Fresh liquid cream 500 ml, Vanilla bean 1, Gelatin in sheets 8 g, Sugar 80 g Doses for: 4 persone realization time: 30 minutesRecipe: To make the panna cotta, first soak the gelatine sheets in cold water for 10-15 minutes. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and remove the seeds by scraping with the tip of a knife. Put the cream in a saucepan, then add the sugar. Flavored with vanilla seeds and also include the pod; heat the whole over low heat, but without boiling; then when the cream has come to a boil, turn off the heat and remove the pod with a kitchen tongs. When the gelatine has softened, drain it without squeezing it too much, then dip it in the pan with the hot cream. Stir with a wooden spoon or a hand whisk until the gelatin has completely melted; there must be no lumps. At this point take 4 small molds of 150 ml capacity and pour the panna cotta with a ladle. Once filled the molds, put the panna cotta in the refrigerator to firm up for at least 5 hours. Once firmed, before serving and to better transform it, dip each mold in boiling water for a few seconds, then turn out the panna cotta immediately on each serving dish: serve your panna cotta, cooked with caramel, with melted chocolate, or with a fruit coulis.
