Recipe Scamorza And Ham In A Pan

Ingredients:

2 thick slices of scamorza or provola cheese, 2 slices of cooked ham, 2 tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, salt, basil

Doses for: 1 persone realization time: 10 minutes

Recipe:

This recipe is really simple and quick to prepare and is a very tasty second course. We start by cutting a slice of cheese about 1 centimeter and a half thick but be careful not to cut it to the end, we must practically create a sort of pocket. Let's put the cooked ham inside and put it aside. Let's then cut the tomatoes into slices about 1 cm thick, let's put a little oil, a little salt and let them cook in a non-stick pan, over high heat for about 1 minute on each side. Once the tomatoes are ready, take another non-stick pan and heat it well. We therefore support the scamorza or provola cheese which we have put aside and lower the flame, let it cook for a few minutes until it creates a crust turning it from time to time. Our dish is ready to serve! We complete with a basil leaf on the tomatoes and enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
