Recipe Pasta Peas And MushroomsIngredients:400 grams of mezze penne, 200 grams of champignon mushrooms, 100 grams of peas, 200 grams of bechamel, 1 clove of garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Doses for: 4 persone realization time: 30 minutesRecipe: Cut the mushrooms quite finely. Put 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a pan, light the fire and add a whole clove of garlic. When the oil starts to be hot, add the mushrooms and let them go for 3-4 minutes. When they start to lose some of their liquid, add the peas and salt.
