Recipe Umbrian Cauliflower Soup
Ingredients:
1 cauliflower, 1 clove of garlic, 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, toasted bread
Doses for: 4 persone

Recipe:
We start by cleaning the cauliflower, removing the outer leaves and separating the florets. We put the latter to steam for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, put some oil in a pan and sauté the chopped garlic, adding the cauliflower before it turns brown, so let's adjust accordingly with the cooking time. We adjust salt and black pepper and skip a little. Cauliflower is ready to serve! We take a slice of toasted bread and place it in a bowl, let's pass a ladle of cauliflower cooking water on top, a round of oil and finally the cauliflower, another round of oil and enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
