Recipe White Chocolate Soufflé

Ingredients:

50 grams of white chocolate, 30 grams of butter, 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon of flour 00.1 small bird of coconut flour, 3 egg whites, 30 grams of granulated sugar.

Doses for: 1 persone realization time: 20 minutes

Recipe:

To prepare this recipe, start by reducing the white chocolate into small pieces and melting it in a bain-marie together with the butter. Once melted, we combine the yolk and mix. Then add the 00 flour and coconut flour and mix again. Then whip the egg whites until stiff and gently add them to the mixture. Subsequently we take an oven container or the aluminum molds for muffins that we can easily find in many supermarkets and pour ourselves into our dough. We fill a pan with water and put our cake to bake in a bain-marie at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Once the cooking time is over, we pull out, sprinkle with icing sugar and enjoy!
