Recipe Pizza Focaccia
Ingredients:
For the dough: 1/2 cube of yeast, 250 ml of lukewarm water, 100 ml of warm milk, 400 g of nutrifying flour for bread, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 teaspoon of salt. For the dressing: tomato sauce, mozzarella, speck, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, frankfurters, scamorza.

Recipe:
We start crumbling the yeast in a bowl by adding a little warm water and making it dissolve by mixing. Then combine the flour and add the other water and mix again with a ladle. We take the warm milk and we put it together. Then we put salt and oil and mix well. Then cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise in the oven for at least 2 hours. After the rising time, grease the pan with a little oil and let the dough slide inside. We squeeze and spread with your hands so that the whole pan is occupied and seasoned with tomato sauce, salt, oregano and oil. Let it rise for another 15 minutes. Then put the diced scamorza cheese on top and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. We take out and season again with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, speck, wurstel and mushrooms but you can put what we like best. We cook another 15 minutes after which our pizza focaccia will be ready! Enjoy your meal!
