Ingredients:

300 grams of butter, 175 grams of sugar, 3 egg yolks, 50 grams of almond flour, grated 1 orange peel, 500 grams of flour, jam, 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

Doses for: 10 persone realization time: 4 hours and -30 minutes

Recipe:

Let's start by putting in a large bowl the butter, sugar and egg yolks. Mix well with a whisk and then add the almond flour, the grated orange peel and the flour, knead well with your hands, create a smooth ball, cover it with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for 3 hours. After the rest time, spread the dough on 2 30 cm trays and then prick the base with a fork and sprinkle with the jam we prefer and lemon juice. Bake at 190 degrees until golden brown and then pull it out, let it cool slightly and enjoy!
