Recipe Dry Biscuit And Chocolate Cake - Without Cooking -

Ingredients:

400 grams of dry biscuits, 100 grams of sugar, 30 grams of bitter cocoa, 120 ml of water, 70 grams of butter, vanilla essence, 100 ml of cream for desserts, 100 grams of milk chocolate drops

Doses for: 6 persone realization time: 1 hours and 15 minutes

Recipe:

Let's start crumbling the biscuits coarsely in a bowl. Then put the sugar, the bitter cocoa in another pot and mix well with a whisk. Then we add 120 ml of water, the butter and we bring it all on a stove. Let the butter melt well, cooking for about 6-7 minutes. Let it cool and add the vanilla essence. Once warmed, pour the mixture over the crumbled biscuits and mix very well to incorporate the biscuit sauce as it should. Then bring them into a 25 cm mold and level well with a ladle. We bring in the fridge to rest for 30 minutes. Meanwhile finely crumble another 5-6 biscuits and set aside. Put the cream in a saucepan and heat it, then pour it over the chocolate chips so that it melts well. We then pour on the base just pulled out of the fridge and level. We garnish with the crumbled biscuits and put it back in the fridge for another 30 minutes.
