Recipe Gnocchi With Creamy Mushrooms

Ingredients:

500 grams of gnocchi, 500 grams of champignon mushrooms, 50 ml of cream, 2 tablespoons of milk, parsley, garlic, oil, salt, pepper.

Doses for: 2 persone realization time: 15 minutes

Recipe:

We start by putting some oil in a saucepan with 2 cloves of garlic which we will remove as soon as the oil is flavored. Then add the washed and sliced mushrooms, add salt and cook over high heat with a lid until they are soft. When they are ready, let's take half of them and whip them, then add them again to whole mushrooms and let's pour the milk inside and mix everything together. Then we combine the cream + a ladle of water and mix well. Meanwhile let's cook the gnocchi in plenty of salted water and drain them as soon as they come to the surface. Then pour them into the pot with the mushrooms, sauté, add a little parsley and serve. Enjoy your meal!
