Recipe Zucchini In The Pan

Ingredients:

2 - 3 courgettes, extra virgin olive oil, salt

Doses for: 1 persone realization time: 30 minutes

Recipe:

Let's start by washing the zucchini well and eliminating the ends. Once this procedure is done, cut them into 4 and reduce them into squares. Put them in a bowl and season them with oil, this is used to distribute the oil well so that they all flavor well. We heat a non-stick pan and when it is hot, let's throw our squares of zucchini. Cook over high heat for about 5 minutes and mix only every 2 minutes to form a crust. After 5 minutes, lower the heat and cook for another 5 minutes. After cooking, add salt and cover with a lid so that it can continue cooking with steam without keeping the stove on. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes and then enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
