Ingredients:

400 grams of short pastry for biscuits, jam as needed, nutella as required, icing sugar to taste

Doses for: 4 persone realization time: 30 minutes

Recipe:

Starting with the biscuits. Flour the work surface and place half of the shortcrust pastry for biscuits. Knead it until softened, then roll it out with the help of a floured rolling pin until you get a sheet about half a centimeter thick. At this point, take a circular pastry cutter and cut the dough into circles. Place the pastry circles on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Repeat the same procedure with the other half of the pastry obtaining identical pastry disks. Place them on another baking sheet covered with parchment paper. This time, however, with the help of a smaller pastry cutter, cut the discs in the center and get donuts. Bake both trays in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Once baked, fill them with jam or with Nutella, pairing a base disc with a donut-shaped disc. Decorate with icing sugar and serve.
