Recipe Milk Cream

Ingredients:

500 ml of milk, 40 gr of potato starch, 120 gr of sugar, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 vanilla bean.

Doses for: 6 persone realization time: 15 minutes

Recipe:

Let's start by putting the milk on the stove, keeping it a little aside to dissolve the starch. We also add the vanilla bean and sugar. In the meantime, sift the potato starch and add the remaining milk, mixing well with a whisk so as not to form lumps. Add it if we taste it, a heaping teaspoon of honey in the milk and when it comes to a boil, filter it and then put it back in the pot on the stove. We combine the starch and mix everything until it has thickened having the foresight to turn often with a ladle and always in the same direction. Our milk cream is ready to be served. It can be enjoyed either with a spoon, or to stuff cakes and various desserts.
