Recipe Pasta Baked With Cheese And Potatoes

Ingredients:

400 g of pasta, 800 g potatoes, 500 g provolone, onion, 150 g of grated Parmesan cheese, about one glass of tomato sauce, extra virgin olive oil, water, salt

Recipe:

Cut the potatoes into wedges, put them in a basin full of water, we cut an onion into thin slices. Let the stove a pot with a little oil, add the onion, let fry for a bit and then add the potatoes, turn the whole thing add the salt, and let flavor. At this point, pour a glass of water, the tomato puree and cook in the meantime we cook the pasta and prepare the provolone cutting it into pieces. We put the pan in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes and here is the pasta with potatoes and provolone ready!
