Recipe Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

600 grams of chicken breast slices, 200 grams of peppers, 2 carrots, 150 grams of white celery, 30 grams of olives, 30 of pickled gherkins, mayonnaise, white vinegar

Doses for: 4 persone realization time: 30 minutes

Recipe:

Let's start by cooking the slices of chicken breast in a cast iron grill, add them and let them brown on both sides. So we'll leave them to cool. We take the peppers and, after having washed and cleaned them inside, we cut them into thin slices and pour them into a rather large bowl. We will do the same job with the washed, cleaned and cut carrots. Then the celery to which we raise the leaves, the bottom of the stem and any filaments. Even the celery must be cut into thin slices. Mix all the vegetables in the bowl. When the meat is cold, we will also cut this into slices like chopsticks and add it to vegetables. At this point we prepare the sauce. In the bowl of mayonnaise pour the vinegar, salt and pepper and turn, then the oil and turn again. Finally, pour the sauce over the salad and mix well. The salad will be better if covered with plastic wrap and kept in the fridge for about an hour.
