Recipe String Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

450 grams of rice, 400 grams of sausage, 400 grams of tomato sauce, 300 grams of mozzarella, 300 ml of béchamel, 80 grams of parmesan, 1 glass of white wine, 1/2 onion, 1 carrot, breadcrumbs, salt, extra virgin olive oil

Doses for: 5 persone realization time: 45 minutes

Recipe:

Let's start by putting in a saucepan a drizzle of oil, the onion and the carrot chopped and let it brown. Then add the sausage seasoned with salt and pepper and let it flavor. We combine the rice and after a glass of white wine and let it evaporate. Insert the tomato sauce, add salt and then add hot water a little at a time. We bring everything to a boil, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat and then stir in the grain. We oil a baking sheet of butter and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. Spread half the rice into the pan, add the mozzarella, the bechamel and cover with the other half of rice. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and parmesan and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. We churn out and serve. Enjoy your meal!
