Recipe Quick Starters With Puff Pastry

Ingredients:

For frankfurters: puff pastry, wurstwl. For the cooked girelle and cheese: puff pastry, cooked ham, grated cheese. For raw spirals: puff pastry, raw ham

Doses for: 5 persone realization time: 20 minutes

Recipe:

With the puff pastry we can create a lot of good things quickly, including the appetizers that we will present today! Let's start with wurstel swivels. We open the puff pastry and lay 2 sausages at a time, for a long time and then wrap from left to right creating a roll and then cut to divide from the rest of the puff pastry. Let's proceed like this for all the pasta, then take each roll and cut it in half and cut each half into pieces of about 2-3 cm each. Let's put them aside and move on to the other swivels. Let's take the other sheet of pastry and put on the cooked ham and grated cheese. Roll up all the puff pastry on itself and then extract the swivels. Let us also keep these aside and move on to the spirals. Cut the dough into 4-5 cm wide pasta and place the raw ham on each row. Close them from one end to the other and then turn them over on themselves to create a spiral. Then cut them in half. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes and our appetizers will be ready to serve!
