Recipe Pasta With Tuna


180 g of pasta, 280 g of tomato pulp or purée or peeled tomatoes, 75 g of tuna in oil drained, 1 clove of garlic, 2 anchovy fillets, 1 bunch of parsley, salt, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil , chili pepper

Doses for: 2 persone realization time: 20 minutes


Let's start by boiling the water for the pasta, then chop the parsley, cut the chilli pepper and peel the garlic. Put a little dolio in a pan and fry the garlic first and once it is golden we can remove it and add the chilli and anchovies. After a couple of minutes add the tomato sauce and a pinch of salt and cook for about twenty minutes. When the sauce is half cooked, we can lower the pasta and a few minutes before it is ready, we can add the tuna to the tomato sauce, adding a ladle of cooking water and letting it flavor. Once the pasta is ready, add the sauce to the pepper and drain the pasta directly into the pan to finish cooking with the sauce. Add the parsley and, if necessary, add more salt and then serve and enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
