SPECIALIZATION COURSE ON ITALIAN FIRST COURSES THE CERTIFICATION PATH THAT OPENS THE DOORS TO WORK Entry requirements: Major age (+18) and the need to specialize. While it is appreciated, SPECIFIC TRAINING IS NOT REQUIRED - Teachers: Executive Chef with national recognition - Duration: approximately 40 hours | 1 month and 1/2 - Attendance of academic lessons: 1 day per week, SEE CALENDAR - Academic lesson times: 9.30am-5.00pm (quick meal offered at the Academy) - Certificates: High Specialization Diploma on Italian First Courses - Limited number: max 20 students per session The participation fee for the Specialization Course on Italian First Courses is equal to 1 month's "basic" professional salary: €1,350.00 (VAT included) - (€950.00 for those entitled to the scholarship) It includes everything you need: Registration fee - Insurance - Use of materials and ingredients in the lessons - the kit: hat + jacket and teaching manual - Tutoring throughout the course - issuing the Diploma.
