PIZZA MAKING COURSE IN BOLOGNA - PROFESSIONAL TRAINING THE EUROPEAN STANDARD PATH TO TRANSFORM YOUR PASSION INTO A PROFESSION - Access requirements: Major age (+18) and passion for pizza. - Teachers: Master Pizza Chefs with national recognition - Duration: 250 hours | about 3 months - Attendance of academic lessons: 1 day per week, on Saturdays - Academic lesson times: 09: 30-16: 00 (quick meal offered at the Academy) - Internship frequency: to be agreed between the student and the host structure - Attendance of the HACCP course: chosen by the student (E-Learning) - Certificates: Professional Pizza Chef Diploma from the Italian Chef Academy | HACCP certified - Limited number: max 12 students per session The participation fee for the Pizza Chef course in Bologna is equal to 1 month's "basic" professional salary: €1,300.00 (VAT included) It includes everything you need: Registration fee - Insurance - Use of materials and ingredients in the lessons - the kit: polo shirt + bandana and teaching manual - HACCP course and certificate - Tutoring throughout the entire course - 200-hour internship - Registration and insurance INAIL - Final exam session and issuing of the Diploma.
