PASTRY COURSE IN ROME - PROFESSIONAL TRAINING THE EUROPEAN STANDARD PATH TO TRANSFORM YOUR PASSION INTO A PROFESSION - Entry requirements: Major age (+18) and real passion for pastry making. - Teachers: Chef Pâtissier with national recognition - Duration: 460 hours | about 4 months - Attendance of academic lessons: 1 day per week, SEE CALENDAR - Academic lesson times: 9.30am-5.30pm (quick meal offered at the Academy) - Internship frequency: to be agreed between the student and the host structure - Attendance of the HACCP course: chosen by the student (E-Learning) - Certificates: Professional Pastry Chef Diploma from the Italian Chef Academy | HACCP certified - Limited number: max 20 students per session The participation fee for the pastry making course in Rome is equal to 1 and a half months of professional salary: €2650.00 (VAT included) | THE AMOUNT IS FINANCEABLE It includes everything you need: Registration fee - Insurance - Use of materials and ingredients in the lessons - the kit: jacket + hat and teaching manual - HACCP course and certificate - Tutoring throughout the entire course - 400-hour internship - Registration and insurance INAIL - Final exam session and issuing of the Diploma.
