Italian cuisine is composed of small elements that structure more sophisticated dishes, and sometimes, when paired with simple foods, they make each dish elegant, playing on unusual pairings to give an original and innovative touch. Here's a lesson entirely dedicated to the preparation of two gourmet fish main courses. Led by the creativity and professionalism of Chef Vincenzo Noviello, we'll immerse ourselves in a multifaceted lesson. We'll learn preparation techniques to enhance the flavors and aromas of the dishes we create, combining the ingredients and different cooking techniques. We'll prepare and taste: Seared sea bream, tzatziki sauce, chive oil, crispy lentils; Steamed cod with marinara sauce, dried olives, sautéed broccoli rabe.
