What are the techniques for making pasta at home just like in the old days? This cooking class focuses on two classic recipes from Campania: *scialatielli* and ravioli. You will get hands-on experience preparing the doughs and the delicious accompanying sauces from scratch. Together, we will prepare and taste two classic recipes with an innovative twist that are sure to delight both you and your guests: *Scialatielli alla Nerano* and *Ravioli Capresi*.
